When you contact Hunter

Email links open your email application so you can choose what to share and send. Your email provider and Hunter’s mailbox process and retain messages according to their own settings and practices. Keep your first message general; do not email medical records, Social Security numbers or financial account details.

Website information

The intake has three steps: About you, Your needs, and Let’s connect. With consent, continuing sends completed answers to Hunter; the final step requests a callback or books an available time. The review form prepares a draft in your browser. In email-draft mode, your display name, rating, written feedback and permission are not sent or saved by this website. Choosing the email action places those details in your email application for you to review and send. Preparing or emailing a draft does not publish a review. Form answers are not saved in browser storage. A local preference remembers when you dismiss the cookie notice; it does not store form answers or represent consent to analytics. It does not install analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and secure the website.

Optional direct submission

If direct submission is available, it is clearly labeled separately from the email-draft tools. Only pressing its submit button sends your name, email, consent and selected request details to Hunter through the website server. Reviews include your display name, email, rating, feedback and permission. When online approval is connected, they are stored privately in Hunter’s review records and emailed to Hunter with a private approval link. Otherwise, submission sends private feedback to Hunter by email for manual handling. Only approved five-star reviews appear in the public carousel; other ratings remain private feedback. Public reviews contain only the display name, rating and review text. Contact Hunter to request removal or deletion; no automatic retention period is promised. Bookings include the chosen time and create a private calendar entry when confirmed. When booking emails are active, confirmation and appointment reminders go to you and Hunter. A private management link allows changes or cancellation. Booking records keep appointment details and delivery status to manage reminders and prevent duplicates. Contact Hunter about retention or deletion; availability and email-delivery status are shown when you submit. The server retains a request-ID and payload-hash record to prevent duplicates and short-lived pseudonymous request counts to limit abuse. Email and calendar providers retain submitted information under their own settings. When online intake is available, the questionnaire requests first and last name, email, phone, ZIP, date of birth, current medications and health conditions, plus optional household income range, current coverage, coverage-loss timing and reason for inquiry. With your unchecked, affirmative consent, completed answers are sent when you continue each step and when you submit the final request. Answers are transmitted over HTTPS and emailed to Hunter Payne at payneadvising@gmail.com for coverage review and follow-up. A separate confirmation to your email acknowledges the inquiry without repeating health answers; SMTP acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. You must have authority and permission to share others’ details. Email is not a secure medical portal; use “Discuss privately” instead of health details if preferred. Intake answers are not included in calendar entries, reminder emails, URLs, browser storage, analytics or replay tools. The server does not intentionally log answers or retain their contents in the request ledger; hashes and request IDs are retained to prevent duplicate sends. Mail providers process and retain the email under their own practices; no automatic mailbox deletion period is promised. Contact Hunter about access, retention or deletion requests.
